A similar thread on the livebearer list suggested that external paracites
were seldom a problem if feeders were fed and consumed quickly. When feeders
were fed in the quantity which allowed some to "coexist" with the fishes
they were to be consumed by, the consumers caught some of the creatures
feeding off of the feeders.

Is this consistent with your experiences?
