RE: NFC: Adopt A Tanks need updates
Nested tables were the problem in the code as far as I could see. I think
I straightened it out. Now it will come up in both netscape and
EI..although you may want to check it out.

the code on the page is a mess. It is missing it's ending tags, and has
several unused ones and a few hash marks I'm not sure why they're there.
I'll see what I can do.
