Is it possible that my friend could have caught a blue walleye in Lake 
Nipissing Ontario?  We were out icefishing yesterday and he got a
distinctly 
blue/grey coloured walleye that we released.  We did some reading (from
the 
Scott and Crossman "Native Fish of Canada" book and they don't say
whether 
the blue form in Lake Nipissing is the same as the one that is now
extinct in
