Speaking of daphnia, has anyone tried a freshwater version of what the saltwater folks call a "refugium"? The invertebrate keepers often use a separate tank to grow small crustacea, but that tank spills over into the coral tank, providing a constant but slow supply of zooplankton to the invertebrates. The zooplankton grow without predation in the refugia. Carl Berry
