Live Foods Digest V2 #519

The epa protocols for Mysis culture can be found at

 http://www.epa.gov/OST/WET/disk2/

you will need acrobat reader to read it though but since acrobat reader
is widely available in cyberspace and its free its well worth the d/l
time. There are also protocols for daphnia and brine shrimp culture
available in the same file. If I remember correctly the document is well
over 150 pages. This is for SW Mysid culture. There have been other
articles on culturing sw mysids mainly in FAMA. I recommend you look
through the indices.

If you are talking fw mysid culture that is another story. The only FW
Mysid I have seen information on has been Mysis relicta and it requires
extremely cold water like that found in the Great Lakes. There is a
Canadian Company that sells frozen Mysis Relicta

www.mysis.com

the only drawback being the large amount you have to buy.
