This is what Charlie Grimes taught me to do and I actually learned this one. Soak a piece of WHITE bread in yeast water and place it on top of the culture. Place a piece of glass over the bread. The white worms will congregate under in and on top of the bread, you can harvest a lot more than a teaspoon that way and in only a few seconds.
