Forwarded email

The Live-Foods list has an anti-spam protection built in that sends any
submissions from non-members to me instead of the list. This also
happens with brand-new subscriptions if they join and immediately submit
an article. I try to forward relevant non-subscriber submissions to the
list.

These submissions will have me as the sender, but I add a tag indicating
that the submission is from a non-subscriber and the author's contact
information. My interest in answers to these submissions is academic,
depending on their content, but the actual originator is probably very
interested.

In this case, it would be better to attribute any quoted text from one
of these (rather frequent) postings to the originator and not to me.
This will allow any direct email replies to reach the originator of the
question rather than me.
