There should be instructions on the egg containers that specify 1 tablespoon
per quart, or 4 tbsp per gallon.  A quart and a half of water in a 2-liter pop
bottle with 1 1/2 tbsp of salt and an airline will work much better.  Those
cone things are speny compared to a pop bottle.  You can even build a valve
into the lid and invert the thing, cutting the bottom off and using the valve
to drain the shrimp out and also to provide the air for water turbulence.
