Re: Live Foods Digest V1 #41

All good flake foods are specially formulated and contain all the vitamins to keep your fish in good condition and should be fed at least once a day to all species that will eat it. I am not sure about the uptake of vitamins in aquatic live food but an easy way to feed it to earth, white, grindal worms ect is to use the dry cat food as the feeding medium as this also has vitamin supplements. Whilst I sometimes use it to feed both my cultures and occasionally the fish I have never noticed any marked difference. Specialist flake foods do however make a difference.
