Ghost Shrimp

Ghost shrimp are fairly easy to grow, but they do require a bit of space,
and lots of green water.

Here are the things about ghost shrimp:

Pumps and sponges will kill or trap the nauplii. If you want forced water
movement, use an airstone, but no sponge.

Green water is a very good thing. It provides them with lots to
filter-feed, plus it keeps their water clean. You will need to provide
them with a protein source as well, such as dried daphnia.

It takes several months for them to reach adulthood.

Females lay green, lightly adhering eggs on their swimming paddles. The
females are the larger ones.

CO2 injection is helpful, but not necessary for maintaining green water.
