White Worms & Fruit Flies

Hey all,

I'm starting a culture of white worms and fruit flies and this is my first 
attempt at live foods (other then the redworms I've had going for a while).

Any tips or suggestions I would love to hear.

I'm also doing a micro worm culture, but I heard those are very easy to do, 
so feel free to give any pointers on that too.
