Re: Freezing Microworms

Hello,

I've kept microworms for years, off and on. I've read that they can survive
being dried out, coming back to life when water is added, but I have never
heard of them reviving from being frozen. I would think that the cells would
expand and burst.

But there are a lot of things that I don't know. Can you give me some
references about freezing and thawing microworms?

Ir might be easier just to obtain a new culture when you need one. A local
aquarium club should have some, or you could buy a starter culture for a few
dollars.

Good luck!
