I just watched London celebrate, via the miracle of TV. Of course, I am a
curmudgeon and feel compelled to point out that the new century doesn't
actually begin for another year!
To Jim Eller, you got me. I was so excited to get my new online
membership working I forgot the printable versions. I even figured out a
way to include the application date without the member having to type it
in. I have now installed a PDF version of the application form. I had
been waiting for my order of Adobe Acrobate 4.0 (ie. the version you use
to create PDF forms) to come in. However, I stumbled across a freeware
program that will convert a postscript file to PDF, so I was able to
print the form to a file, then convert it to PDF, and lo!, you can now
download it. Clicking on the link should open Adobes free Acrobat reader,
if you have it, and you can print the form and mail it in.
