Bloodworm allergies

Lots of people are allergic to animal proteins, but this is news to me. I had 
never  of anyone having allergic reactions to bloodworms. By the way, 
repeated exposures to a specific allegen (bloodworms in this instance) often 
sensitizes the victim more and more with each exposure and will result in a 
severe reactions (Like Asthma or Angioneurotic Edema -- bad news). I would 
encourage EVERYONE who has any type of reaction to avoid handling the worms 
completely. Good luck.
