Bill, I love the enthusiasm and I want to help in any reasonable way I can.
I think I should send this by my BOT Committee Advisor, Barry Cooper for
his counsel. He may want to consult with the full BOT so that everybody
understands the way this thing will work. But lets keep talking about
it...

I will collect responces to killietalk at AKA_org for people who are willing

donate a pair of killies to go to new memberships. This way the AKA could
offer a membership and a pair of beginner killies for the cost of a
membership plus postage for the fish. It may help membership expansion.
If you would be willing to donate and ship a pair of fish to a new member
for postage only, please just send me your name, email address and if you
can, your membership number. I will collect for 2 weeks and forward the
information to the membership chair, Joe Bulterman, if that is ok with you
