Hypsopanchax modestus Rwini River UG 90/5

I was browsing the AKA web site at lunch today.  I visited the Gallery of Killifish, which I haven't done in a while.  The image of the subject line fish caught my attention.  I don't recall it being discussed in detail here before (or I just wasn't paying close attention <s>).

The web page offers this description:

"This is a male specimen of Hypsopanchax modestus Rwini River UG 90/5; collected 1990 from the Rwini River in western Uganda by Watters, Wildekamp, Sainthouse, de Greef and Sadler."

Is this fish still in the hobby, what's it like? Hard? Easy?  etc.?

(I notice that Brian was one of the collectors)
