Re: WAK Show 99 / Karl Doering / Notho's
Jim, I believe that you did not intentionally leave out Karl Doering's name. It is obvious that Karl is highly respected and would be a major draw to your show. For those of you who are anywhere near Milwaukee I encourage you to attend this show. In my opinion Karl is the most consistent, knowledgeable Notho breeder in the U.S. I have admired his fish for many years. The WAKO group has many excellent killie breeders and some very unique characters. I have seen the list of probable killies at their show. Many of these are very rare and/or highly desireable. So if you can get off of work, I encourage you to attend this show.
After saying this, let me say that I am devastated that I probably will not be able to get off of work to attend this show. I would really like to go. Email me if proxy bids will be accepted.
Best Wishes and Good Luck with your show . Bob

Hello Everyone,
I made a serious mistake when posting the WAKO's how announcement
yesterday. I only posted a synopsis of the schedule and excluded Sunday's
talk by Karl Doering on Notho's. This was truly an honest mistake, I
actually have three Nothobranchius species which I am breeding and
raising. A new addition to my fish room since my relocation to Minnesota
last summer.
Sunday, Nov 7th, a second workshop will be held at 11:00 am. Our speaker
will be Karl Doering and he will feature a workshop on the Breeding and
Maintenance of Nothobranchius species.
Keep'em alive,
Jim Langan
My apologies Karl.
