Jerry,
According to the killietalk page on the AKA website the list is "intended to
provide a forum for discussion of all matters related to killifish". It
specifically lists among other things "AKA Programs" and "AKA Policies".
Everything I've read seems to be appropriate for this forum. You even have the
right to complain about the complainers.

PS. We all appreciate all the hard work done by everyone involved in this
website and the running of the AKA.
PPS. If the colonists didn't complain about the way things were being done we
would not have the USofA.
