Delay the internet publication a month or even two if you want, but don't
stop it, it is an advertisement for new members! As a very small time
raiser it is great to have people email me as to availability rather than
send a check a month late for fish that are gone! A month delay may be more
fair for those without email access. As far as delays in the postal service,
I'm not sure, but I think a computer and access to the internet may still
be cheaper than moving across the state or country to get a day or two jump
on the F&EL. Solicit a responce in the mailed BNL as to who has missed out
on fish and from whom. Publish the list for "sellers" to scan to see how
many email customers beat them to it. Get some "scientific " data as to the
penalty really being paid by non computerized members.
