BOUNCE killietalk at aka_org: Non-member submission from ["R. Scott Page" <Mr_Page at hotmail_com>]
Watching the postings of when BNL's arrive -- it seems it may be related to
last name as well as geography. For example. Cooper (Oregon) received BNL
three days before Page in Washington.
The difference in delivery time may be related handling in PO handling in
the point of origin.
In the meantime we could solve this problem if Internet access should be a
requirement for membership to the AKA. (just kidding)
