George Maier
I agree with Harry Specht that it is nice to have George mentioned after so
many years. George was one of the founding members of the AKA and did
everything he could to encourage people to join the association and keep
killifish. More than anyone else, he helped established a good rerlationship
with the German Killifish Association (DKG) and the AKA, the fruits of which
are with us today. I cherish the letters I received from him and for the many
memories of our talking trogether. It does us good to remember our roots and
those who went before. Bless you George Maier.
