shipped notho in trouble
Hello Everybody, I've got
a problem. I received a few pairs of N.rubripinnis in the mail yesterday.
Unfortunately, 1 of the males arrived dead, and the other is not doing so well.
He is on his side, trying to keep his head up, and still breathing. He did
make it through the night though. The females are fine, no probs. Does
anyone know of anything I can do, to try to bring him around? I matched the ph
of the water they were in, and aclimated very slowly (probably why he is still
alive), and increased the air. Anything else I can do? They're nice fish
and I'd really like to save him. Another larger pair of N.fuscotaeniatus shipped
in the same box, is also doing well. I wonder why just the male Rub's were
affected. Thanks, Ron
