Bill, it was nice of you to recall George Maier, truly one of the "giants" of 
the early killifish hobby in our country. He helped immeasurable numbers of  
youngsters with science (especially microscopy) and the killifish hobby and 
"just being there". A wonderful gentleman and the AKA members in the early 
days were blessed to visit with him and profit by his promoting of the 
organization. No one was a stranger to him. Thanks for stirring up wonderful 
memories of the "good old days."
