Tim,
Epoma is hanging on, but not very popular here in the US. I have one pair of the green morph but
am unable to get them to breed. Interestingly, I have maculatum GEB94/17 (which is supposed to be
a difficult fish)in the next tank and they regularly hatch and grow out in the parent's tank. The
Epoma is supposed to be a moderately easy fish and I can't get them to reproduce. I've had 6 plus
eggs in about a year and all fungused.

Haven't seen the yellow form here, but as I understand it, these forms appear within the same
spawn and are not distinct true breeding varieties. Is that correct? The ones I have look
snakey, almost like Adamas rather than Aphyosemions.

Speaking of color morphs. Has anyone seen the red morph of labarrei recently? It never was very
numerous, but now all you see is the blue form.
