That is correct. The F&EL will be on the web page. I'm sure Harry just
inadvertently said killietalk rather than the AKA web site.

Really ? I thought the idea was to have it placed in an appropriate page on
the AKA Web Site. To quote from the Chairman's message in the August BNL:
"The online F&E component of the AKA website is still being developed." And
there is a similar statement by the F&E Chairman on page 12.
