We are doing some final proof reading of the results and should have the done in a few weeks.  They will be submitted to Brent Kelly for the JAKA convention issue as well as be posted on the convention web site.

My appologies for the delay.  We ran into a series of difficulties that has prolonged the release of this information.  But your wait will soon be over.
