Killies in Atlanta, GA and Newby questions.
Is there anyone even remotely in the Atlanta, Lawrenceville, Athens area
that has any Killies or eggs I could buy (and pick up). I have only been
doing Killies for a short time, only have 3 kinds and the bug is itching
really bad to get some more. With the temps running in the 90's here I do
not have much faith in shipping.
Can someone take a picture of their Killie setup and send it to me. I have
only a few killies and between the fish, the fry, the containers of eggs my
fish area looks worse than the back of my computer. It is so full of
airlines covers, lights and stuff I do not see how to get it organized.
Those of you with a large variety of fish raising fry must have a system
that is better than what I am looking at here.
I have so A australes that are 1" to 1-1/2", coloring up nicely, seem happy
and eat good. But they act like a fishing jig. They are always on the
bottom, can scoot up and swim some, but then land back down to the bottom.
It is like their swim bladder did not fill up enough to give them any
bouyancy. Anything I can do? Anything I did wrong?
Thanks to all in advance.
