Great suggestion, Joe! I'll start doing it, too. It certainly will not hurt.

Management decisions may be made well outside our concern areas, but actual
mail is handled by real people. They really do try to do it well. Given half
a chance, they do.

I'm one who got bit by the unannounced changover, so I'm pretty gunshy. Hope
