I also received my June BNL on 29th. However, I do not believe that the
inefficiency of the Canadian postal service is entirely to blame. There was
a time, up until a couple of years ago, when I regularly received my BNL on
about the 10-12th of every month and this was usually about the same time
(or even before in some cases) US residents received it.
Since the point of mailing changed (about two years ago ???) the BNL reaches
Canadian members consistently a few days to a week later than it previously
did. My impression is that something has changed in the way that the BNL is
mailed to Canadian members. Perhaps Dick Martino can shed some light on this
matter ?
