Dear Jim, The problem is that lousy Canadian postal system. This is not meant 
as spam. My wife is a Canadian from Vancouver and she continually bitches 
about the mail. Since I am married to a Canadian I have half a right to bitch 
about it?? Even though I am married to a Canadian and have lots of Canadian 
inlaws I can't claim that I understand them very well. I could never 
understand, for example, why they put up with that GST tax on top of the 
provincial tax.
     I just heard from Bill Stone from Chilliwack, B.C. and he told me that 
his BNL arrived yesterday on June 29. And that's about 3500 miles away from 
New York. Strange? And you are only 60 miles away.
