Don't let IBAMA know you're collecting in Brazil. Just ask Andre Schoenwille.
They made his life miserable. He even thought he had all the permits he needed,
but ended up going through hell down there with lots of valuable equipment
confiscated and huge fines being levied.
Me, I'd avoid Brazil for collecting. Don't bring fish from Argentina to Brazil,
ship 'em back and then go to Brazil.
