I called the Pittsburgh Pa U.S. Postal Service to inquire about the "change"
to Emery as a carrier.  They said that priority or express goes the same by
air with Emery, just more time in transit for priority than express(probably
quicker in the ground stops) and they have been using Emery for 2 years.
They couldn't say if the cargo bays were heated or not but doubt it and they
are checking with Emery for me.
