RE: exchange membership
Hi Jules:
I may be able to help although I'm new to much of the membership duties.
On July 1, the Chesapeake Area Killifish Club will assume the membership
committee responsibilities for the AKA that are now being handled through
Darrell Ullisch. I am a contact person for the Committee and I can be
reached at jbulterman at earthlink_net and at 301.725.5134. I will volunteer
to join BKA by exchange and there may be 3 more CAKA members that would be
interested. I will bring this topic up tomorrow at our monthly meeting.
P.S. Ted Klotz is always a good person to talk to regarding AKA/Killi (did
I get the spelling correct?) matters; he has tremendous experience and he
smokes cigars (two attributes that seem to go well together)...

Subject: exchange membership
I asked a month or so ago if anyone wanted to do an exchange membership
with
me (bka), and several people were interested- i arranged mine, but the BKA
registrar tells me there are several others who want to join the aka by
exchange. I haven't given him any names (partly because I thought I should
check first, and partly because I deleted it all) . Presumably there are
normal channels for sorting this out ( Ted klotz ? on the USA side and its
arranged by Cliff Griffiths here in the UK), but If you haven't got round
to
it, you can email me, and i'll pass your name on.
I hope all those who emailed me a month ago are still interested
Jules
