Those I have measured that are in your list are all about 1.0-1.4 mm in
diameter. I have measured the following:
N. fuscotaeniatus "Kitonga north" TAN 97/9 1.20 mm
A. cauveti Kindia 1.38 mm
Nothobranchius rachovi 1.0 mm
Maratecoara lacortei 1.1 mm
Simpsonichthys magnificus itacarambi 0.95 mm
If you can see rachovi eggs you should see any of the others that are
non-adhesive. if they are adhesive the peat fibers will obscure them. All of
the above are non-adhesive except M. lacortei which is semi-adhesive.
