6. Improved services? Getting the F&E listing on-line would be great for
a start.  I'm in Singapore and the listing will NEVER get to me on time.

BTW, one personal opinion, if the BNL could be password accessed via the
website, it'd be equally great and we could save some trees.  It'd also
save dollars better utilized in talks and conventions, which
unfortunately due to distance, will never be able to attend but it'd
benefit other members... both old and new.
