Please fill out the registration forms and send the to the appropriate contacts listed at the bottom of the form. This will help speed up the on-site registration and check in at the convention site. Changes can be made at check in by either removing fish you didn't bring or by adding new fish you didn't originally list.
So, let me see if I have this straight:
1) I donate my fish (whether the AKA is surviving on convention
revenues or profits from AWOK is a matter for another discussion, like
when will AKA start publishing timely budgets)
2) I pay extra (postage) to send in my fish registration
3) by doing this, will there be no transcription errors in the
Genus/Species info? It's pretty comical how badly this is butchered
at an AKA. For example, I gave up trying to convince the folks at one
AKA that my fish were 'Aphyosemion ogoense ottgarTneri' not
'...ottogarDneri' they thought _I_ had it wrong, after all, they'd
been calling the fish that for the last N years and there were 5
other pairs like that and and and.... And that's not as bad as I've
seen.
If you've ever regularly shown fish you learn that there's almost no point
to registering them in advance. Heck, I've sent fish to the past 9 AKA's
this is the first time anyone's asked for a preregistration. I'd rather just
show up with my best looking fish and check them in then.

Can I just do this on the web? Also, _puhleeze_ in the sale room separate the
fish by genus&species and not, say, as at one AKA when they were sorted
by who brought them so you couldn't find anything. Unless you knew who had
brought the fish you want (and lots of fun comparing the same fish brought
by different people.)

Kenny's a fine artist, and a chance to win one of his excellent pieces is
why I'm sending in my fish - but, I'd rather wait to register till I get
there, since in my experience it's been the fish that looks great that day
does best in the show. It's also pretty tough for commuters who are travelling
with fish to do as well as locals.
