Yes. Try Manfred's "Nature Aquarium" in Belmont. It's on El Camino (just
S. of Ralston, as I recall). Nice shop, run by a dedicated hobbyist. 

In Hayward, there is "Superway Aquarium." It's on Tennyson, a couple
blocks W. of Mission.

A dedicated hobbyist has put together an impressive review of fish shops
around the bay (mostly N. Bay). Check out:
