Hi Jason, Its a nice active fish and relatively hardy. It accepts dry and live food and a pair should do well in a three to five gallon tank. It is a mop spawner and produces large eggs in top spawning mops. Eggs should hatch in 14 to 20 days depending on temperature. Enjoy them. Regards, Sandy
