A congicum
I have a pair of A. congicum that seem to me to be under nourished. I have
had them for about two months but they do not seem to eat as robustly as my
other killies. On page 63 of Hellner's "Killifish" there is a picture of a
male....he to looks thin. Maybe its just a species trait. I feed daphnia,
fruit flies, black worms, frozen brine shrimp and blood worms, as well as
turkey heart, and freeze dried tubifex and blood worms. My other killies
eat like pigs but the congicum just seem to pick...eating enough to
survive. Do they have a favorite food they relish? Or is thin "in" for
this species?
