I am sure that unless you show this female fish to one of the experts, and 
even then they may not be able to tell which it is, I would not mix it with 
any of the fish that you are absolutely sure of. Personally unless I know 
exactly which gardneri it is I wouldn't have bought it. Sorry for the bad 
news.
