Re: hydra once again



Should see,  I was feeding D. magna (big ones) to my fish and like to have
them in the tank to constantly provide live food.  They eventually got
eaten by the hydra also, even though the Daphnia were huge.  A friend of
mine raising corys indicates that the cory fry are fairly sensitive and
have problems with being stung (if the hydra are in too high numbers).
weather the fry were being eaten or not, we are not sure, however there was
higher mortality in the tank that infested...
