This information in my opinion is questionable, hydra would most likely not
survive in the salinity that brine shrimp live.
I have fed brine shrimp nauplii for over 20 years and never got hydra from
feeding them.
The only time I got hydra is when live foods I collected in the spring are
fed, or by introduction of plants bought in a general Aquarium Club auction.
