If you join the AKA, you receive a monthly bulettin listing the killies
available from members. 

I know of no other regular source, although now and then you see offers
on this and other boards.

The AKA membership fee is $24. As part of your membership you receive a
"Beginner's Manual", the monthly "Business Newsletter" and a bimonthly
Journal. The literature is worth more than $24!
