Oh ho, this rings a bell. I had my rivulus agilae in a small tank
with Malaysian Trumpet Snails and hardly got any eggs. For unrelated
reasons, I decided to redo their tank, and didn't throw any MTSs in
this time. Now I am getting lots of eggs. I thought it was just
different conditions that were causing the increase. Very interesting.
And annoying- most of my tanks tend to get planted, and MTSs are really
good in planted tanks!
