You would have to specify WHICH Argentine pearlfish you are referring to, and it then gets so cumbersome that you might as well stay with nigripinnis. A very basic familiarity with Latin tells you enough about the fish, anyway. Scientific names are not some elitist plot to get commoners to study Latin and Greek.
