The fine tip Sharpies smell like isopropyl alcohol. Not quite as bad as
toluene but bad enough to kill some fish. I will write on an outer bag, but
not on the one containing the fish. Maybe that isn't a good idea either.
Probably should not write on peat containing eggs either. Something I have
thought about but have not acted on, except for avoiding writing directly on
the bag containing the fish. I hope it's OK to write on masking tape or a
label and then stick it on the bag.
