Happy New Year everyone!
Jim Gaisor, president of the Wisconsin Area Killifish Organization (WAKO), will be our speaker this Friday evening. His presentation is titled, "Killifish: from egg to egg". It will cover how to handle killies from fry until they lay eggs.

The Chicago Killifish Association (ChiKA) serves the Chicago metropolitan, from the Indiana border to the Wisconsin, as an organization of dedicated killifish keepers and breeders. ChiKA is an affiliate of the American Killifish Association (AKA).
The Chicago Killifish Association meets bimonthly on the 2nd Friday of each odd-numbered month at 8 PM at the Days Inn O'Hare, 3801 N. Mannheim Rd., Schiller Park, IL. 60176. The Days Inn O'Hare, the same location as our annual show. The meeting room is scheduled for the the lower level, but we've been meeting in the upper level ballroom as it's usually empty.

The meetings last for about 2 to 3 hours. Some members meet after the club meeting for a bite to eat at a nearby restaurant, usually Sally's Pancake House on Harlem Avenue, just south of the Kennedy Expressway.
