That explains the "Automatic Cleaning Rivulus Box" I saw on the Home
Shopping Network cable channel last night. You know...  The one that
automatically screens out the clots in the Rivulus litter every time they
go...

Brad Higgins as been referred to as Chicago's "big Rivulus breeder."  I
has always thought that "big" referred to as "being really into" and not a
reference to the size of his fish.  That changed, however, when his
favorite Rivulus xiphidius, "Spike,"  dropped Brad off at the last meeting
on his (Spike's) Harley-Davidson chopper.  (You wouldn't expect
anything less from a xiphidius ).

That's when I remembered that Brad had attended the Canadian show
last year.  He must have smuggled some of that Canadian Miracle Water
over the border.

But what I want to know is whether the studded collar Spike was
wearing was his own or was it Brad's to begin with?  <VBG>
