Same fish Different code?

I recently purchased some N. albimarginatus "Kiparanganda TAN 98/13"
I already had some N. albimarginatus "Kiparanganda TAN 97/40"

Having read "Status of Nothobranchius Species and Populations in the Hobby:
Past and Present" by Brian Watters (Excellent table - found at the AKA site)
and noting that they were not listed as equivalent populations, I thought
that
both would be worth keeping.

I have been told since that these are fish from exactly the same location, but
collected in different years. Can anyone confirm the true position?

As an afterthought if they are the same species, and you decided to keep them
together. What would you call the offspring? (I am only joking of course, but
somebody will do it.)

The same sort of situation occurs with N. fuscotaeniatus TAN 97/9 and TZ
97/57.
Are these the same fish etc.
