I use resins and fiberglass tape to do the corners and it seems to be
working fine now for over 15 years. A good first coat has to be applied and
then the second coat is applied after the first coat is cured. the glass
tape is added to the 2nd coat and more resin applied over the tape before it
cures. After the tape coat cures add the third and 4th coats. the whole tank
should have three coats. I use Elmers wood glue with 2 1/2 " # 8 screws to
hold the tank together. The screws are placed every 2 inches. All cuts
should be straight and square on the plywood. Screw holes should be drilled
with the proper sized bit before screwing.
